I was questioning a few of these as well.
For commenting on proposed rule, I thought you had to go to the website and post a comment, send by mail, or do it in person (in some locations).
For RPM, it gave me the option of A&B, None, Physician, Non-Physician, in the order vertically. What answers are A&B? There was another that asked A&B but there are not A&B attached to any answers.
I also thought that the answer was Fraud, Waste, and Abuse regarding CMS. I assumed the question was referring to OIG but could be wrong. It wasn’t very clear.
