Cheryl, are you referring for FL39-41 and value code 61 for the CBSA and 85 for the FIPS? 61, the CBSA, is the geographical area that the HH services were provided and 85, the FIPS, is the county where the services were provided. 85 is new and was implemented in 2019. Does that help?
