NOA – 5 Days Definition
Does a timely submission mean Medicare receives the NOA within 5 days – meaning if it returns for correction on day 5 and we fix it and do F9, will it be considered on time or late?
Also, do Sundays count in the 5 days since we can’t access DDE then?
