Q1. When can I take the quiz?
Quizzes are available Thursday at 4 pm CST.
Q2. After I finish a quiz, how can I review a summary?
Immediately after finishing the quiz, students are given an option to view ‘quiz results summary’. The summary will show correct/ incorrect answers. If students choose to continue, there is currently NOT a way to go back to view results. Our IT department is working on a solution for students to go back to previous quizzes to view correct/ incorrect answers.
Q3. Can I fast forward a video?
Students need to watch all videos from start to finish in one setting without fast-forwarding or scrubbing through.
Q4. Can I skip to another module or day?
No. Each module has to be completed in order.
Q5. What happens after I register?
You’ll receive an email with login credentials and steps. If you do not see anything in your inbox, check your spam/ junk folder. Contact [email protected] or call 1.866.380.1016 if you do not see login instructions.
Q6. What are the hours of operation for support?
Mon – Thurs 9 am to 4 pm
Q7. Can we do more than one module per day?
Students can do more than one day in each module. The next module will not be unlocked until the following Monday.
