  FINAL CLAIM DENIAL

  Just wondering if you can help I have claim patient has been on service for along time now Doctor isn’t PECOS so patient has been seen by other doctor in office so when I billed my Final claim it took back RAP and Denial due Doctor not enrolled with PECOS so I tried refilling RAP it denied said DUP tried rekeying adj claim it denied saying no RAP what can I do?
